Opt-Out

You can stop receiving communications from Nia for Insurance at any time. Below are the three fastest ways to opt out. Your request will be honored promptly and confirmed.
1. Opt out of SMS / Text Messages
Reply STOP to any text message you have received from us. We will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from that program.
Also accepted: END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL.
2. Opt out of Email
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you have received from us. Your preference will be applied within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, typically much faster.
3. Opt out of All Communications
Email us at optout@niaforinsurance.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Request." Include the phone number, email address, or name on file. We will suppress your record across SMS, email, and phone channels and send a written confirmation.
What Happens Next
Once we process your opt-out:
- SMS suppression is immediate and confirmed by reply message
- Email suppression is applied within 10 business days (typically within 24 hours)
- Phone suppression is added to our internal Do Not Call list and applied to all future outreach
- Your record is retained only for the limited purpose of honoring your opt-out and complying with applicable law
Re-opting In
If you change your mind, you may opt back in at any time by submitting the relevant form on niaforinsurance.com or by replying START to a previously unsubscribed SMS program. Re-opt-in requires the same express consent as the original opt-in.
