SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Name
Nia for Insurance — Agent Onboarding, Appointment, and Account Notifications. Operated by Avatarpreneur Media Group LLC ("Avatarpreneur," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Nia for Insurance, you agree to receive messages related to: (a) your application as a licensed insurance agent on the Nia platform; (b) appointment confirmations and reminders; (c) account notifications including lead alerts and platform updates; and (d) occasional informational messages about platform features. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive up to four (4) messages per month per use case. Actual frequency may be lower. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, account verifications) are sent only in response to your activity and are not counted toward the promotional cap.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages. Avatarpreneur does not charge a fee for participating in the program. Contact your wireless provider for details on your messaging and data plan.
5. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by: (a) submitting a form on niaforinsurance.com that includes a clear SMS consent checkbox; (b) replying YES, START, or SUBSCRIBE to a confirmation message; or (c) providing express written consent to an Avatarpreneur representative. Opt-in is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
6. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Additional opt-out keywords accepted: END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL.

7. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at support@niaforinsurance.com. You can also reach us by mail at the address listed in Section 12.
8. Supported Carriers
We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll the number, and that you can receive SMS messages on that number.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, lease, share, or trade your mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through this program is used solely for the operation of the SMS program and the services described above. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or cancel the SMS program or any of its features at any time, without notice. We may also revise these SMS Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email where required by law. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
